Because, let’s face it, who’s got the dough for a personal trainer? 💵 And no, I don’t mean the dough that resulted in the nice pair of batwings I’ve been sporting all winter.
On that note, here are two website/blogs I recommend for getting fit without breaking the bank (or leaving the living room).
Or, if you happen to be too lazy to actually work out, these blogs are both definitely worth following on Insta for the serious #fitspo they’ve got going on. 🤸🤸🤸🤸🏋🏋
Katie’s 5-minute workout videos are everything. Why? You can literally do them anywhere. Love Sweat Fitness is perf if you want to target a certain area (did I say batwings?). You can also build your own workouts by combining two or more videos into one killer workout that will be sure to make you break a sweat.
What’s a fitness journey without a support network? Love Sweat Fitness has an awesome support page on Facebook that you can join. It’s a closed group and it’s limited to women only, meaning you can be comfortable posting all your sweaty selfies and get all the encouragement you need. Katie often responds personally to posts and questions as well, cheering you on along the way. You can participate in the support network on Instagram by using various Love Sweat Fitness hashtags (e.g. #teamLSF.). Also, Katie’s athleisure is always on point. 👌
2. Tone It Up
If you don’t know Tone It Up… well, what the hell is wrong with you? There’s no good reason, so read on.
It’s an awesome company owned and run by two women, Karena and Katrina. My favourite feature is the Daily Workout. It’s perfect if you don’t know where to start or have 0 interest in planning your exercise. All you need to do is head to the Daily Workout page on their website, and follow the workout plan you see. All the moves are shown as GIFs, making it super easy to figure out on your own and page is updated daily, keeping the workouts interesting. Effortless! Except for the workout part. 😉 Plus, the expert moves will have you blending in with the gym pros seamlessly.
